Are customers having battery problems with the Samsung s6 active

I'm having problems with my Samsung s6 active. The battery life doesn't last even half the day. When on a charger, it keeps cutting in and out. I've tried multiple chargers and still not getting a constant charge.

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean that it keeps cutting in and out while on a charger? Does the charging process stop and start? If so, it sounds like there might be a hardware issue, perhaps with the charging port, or perhaps with some of the internal charging circuitry.
