are our phone's getting dumber?

Over the last year I've noticed that gboard, Samsung keyboard, and especially bixby have gotten super stupid. Other app seem to be doing it as well. Every keyboard I have tried has had horrible text prediction lately and I'm not sure what happened to bixby but it used to be useful. Even Google Assistant seems worse.
is it just Samsung or am I just seeing things?

I agree . It's kinda like by trying to be everything to everybody your basic smart phone functions are suffering

All my keyboards with predictive text been bad I do agree with that .

Still nothing comes close to apple's keyboard. I agree. Its funny I can pickup my friends iPhone and immediately type without errors.

We have Labankey which is much better.
Samsung keyboard is hard to use, I usually make errors during typing.

I lasted about an hour using apples Keyboard, sadly it's was worse than Gboard on my iPad. But every keyboard sucks on my iPad.
