Are Pixel 4a and Galaxy s10e the only "smaller" phones?

I've been looking at new phones and am really disappointed to see most manufacturers making bigger and bigger phablet phones vs more portable, smaller ones like the new Pixel 4a and Galaxy s10e. And there's no way I'm ever going Apple.

Is a Pixel 4a or Galaxy s10e truly my only 2 Android options? Is there anything else I'm missing that I should also be considering?
