Are the days of 3rd party launchers numbered?

Sorry just seen it was a video lol

If you disable good lock recent apps and keep stock it will happen

This means , I have erase the Nova I had from back up and start fresh again

For me it is really not much but things like the extra gestures and additional home screen options are something that stock does not offer.

On my Pixel the gestures are a little clunky as I said sometimes swipe up for home is fine and others there is a delay or extra animation. On the Pixel too swipe up and hold has a delay too. On the S20 swipe up for home actually seems better than the pixel now whereas for ages gestures were not supported at all but swipe and hold is again a little clunky too vs. stock.

Maybe I should try a different 3rd party launcher?

I stopped using launchers with the Pixel 2XL and there just aren't any features that I need that One UI doesn't have. They certainly add value if you like customization but just not for me.

Yep same here.

Some people still prefer to use launchers and customize their phones to high heaven. As for me, I don't even bother. My Note 20 Ultra does everything I need it to right out of the box, which is the whole reason I bought it.
