Are there any non-Android Samsung phones?

Because whenever you add a new Google account to the phone, it adds My Google Account near your local profile which is kind of annoying since there seems to be no way to remove it without deleting your local profile and setting it up again... I wonder if there are any non-Google Samsung phones

They have some Tizen based phones for low end phones to be released in China and India. Samsung has made some Windows phones, too.
