and Nexus 7!! no other tablet has it officially.

My galaxy tab 10.1 has 4.2.2 on it with multi user.

Sent from my Motorola RAZR MAXX using Tapatalk 2
thats because you are running a custom ROM.
Nexus 10 and 7 are the only one that support officially

custom rom can only be added to devices which the developer support, mostly popular devices.
since you asked "whats custom rom?" I recommend not looking at it.

buy a Nexus 7or 10. I recommend N10

A ROM is a version of Android that you flash onto your phone or tablet, in a similar fashion to installing Windows on a desktop computer. Android is open-source software, meaning the source code can be downloaded online by anyone. When developers download the code, modify it (customizing Android by adding new features or changing existing ones), and provide it for others to install on their phone, that package is known as a "custom" ROM.

AndroidCentral's Android Dictionary is really helpful, and can identify a lot of terms like custom ROMs and rooting for you.

Currently yes. That and the Nexus 7. Those are nexus devices and they get automatically updated by Google, who push out the new features in Android. Since multi-user support is a new feature, those devices only have it. The Nexus 4 on the other hand is a phone which is the game as the Nexus 7/10 in terms of getting new features, but Google has made it so on stock mobile phones can't have users.

Definately, user support is a big feature that I am thinking a lot of companies are going to get into.

I also think the Surface supports this, correct me if I am wrong.
