Are there carrier-specific 5x's?

Looking to pick up a 5x or 6p on Glyde or eBay. I see Glyde has a few for sale as "unlocked", but they also have some listed as sprint, T-mobile or AT&T. I assume these are just what the seller put in as their own networks, and they aren't really locked to those networks? I don't remember last year's Nexii being carrier specific, but wanted to make sure. I know that Sprint had some Nexus 5 units that were locked to the carrier, so I wanted to be careful.

Thanks,

The Nexus 5 was sold through a bunch of carriers.. Spring and T-Mobile come to mind.

But the Nexus 5X was only available via Google and other online and B&M retailers. Nothing is locked, at least in the US.
