Are we really taking advantage of the Hifi Dac

If the V20 dac is designed to work with a impedance of between 50 and 600 ohms are we really getting the most out of it. I own several pair of headphones and iem's from Beats to Sony to Vmoda and none of them have a impedance that high so are there any headphones on the market that offer a impedance between 50 and 600 ohms since that the sweet spot of the V20 dac.

You're still taking advantage of the DAC.
Ironically I have a cheap set of Sony on ear headphones that run high impedance

I bought a set of Audeze LCD-3 high impedance (110 ohm) headphones over Black Friday. Although I have a number of headphone amps, I did try them just plugged in directly to my V20. The V20 recognized them as high impedance and was able to drive them perfectly well
Very cool...
