Yh guess I did. I actually think the P2XL is a gorgeous looking phone. I seriously desired it last year and I think it is still gorgeous now. And it would have been better for the 3XL to have kept that form factor like they did with the 3. I know it can be hidden but the notch really does put me off. Kinda glad I have to wait another year to upgrade.

I have the original Pixel from approximately launch day.

At first I was a definite yes. Then I thought, why upgrade mine's holding up really well.

I'm going to take a look at both sizes, feel them in my hand and decide. Will probably upgrade, just don't know about small or large???

The "small" phone is 5.5" which is a really good size. Not too small. Both look really cool. Let us know what you decide!

The trade in value is pretty low. Its not worth trading in my 128 gb iPhone

Was in Best Buy to see and feel them. I have an original Pixel.

Pick up the Pixel 3 and immediately think - it's so tiny. Put it up against my phone and it's roughly the same size. It's taller and skinnier.

Pick up the XL and think - it's massive! I'm not a notch person. Would probably disable it. I like what the Pixel 3 and Samsung Galaxy does with that - just doesn't have one. That's my choice about that.

I'm going to let reviewers get ahold of it next week. If the 3's screen (LG) is as good as the 3XL's screen (Samsung) - then I'm getting a Pixel. I'm not ready to go back to a big phone. I just don't use my phone for that need of extra screen real estate.

I agree, if the regular 3's screen is as good despite the different manufacturers, it sounds like the best value.

Honestly, finally saw one in the flesh today and the XL really did fall from the ugly tree and hit every branch.

But it's so easy to turn the notch OFF and then the 3 XL is now just as ugly as the P2 and P2XL.
