Love the droid - and the speed/responsiveness since the update is just wonderful. I am still struggling to find a good site that reviews apps - there is so much junk to wade through in the store - anyone have suggestions?

Let me say this.... I am on Droid #4 and if this one fails, I will get another one! This is the first and only phone that I have or would say that about.. Usually if I cant get a working device by try #2, I'm out of there and on to a different phone. I rarely use my computer anymore... and that's saying allot!

I am bummed that I cannot get my GPS to Remember where my car is. Unlike my Tom Tom I can not mark my parking space and have it bring me back. Is it me or my Droid?

Just get "car locator" Seems to get me back to my truck fairly well... It will at least get me to where I can see it...

I'm sure that there is an app for that. And there is It's called Free Parking and it is FREE. I haven't checked out the program. This town is so small looking for your car is not a problem.

Flyguide83 beat me but with a different app.

I'm very happy! Came from a Curve 8330. Never thought I would leave Blackberry behind, but I am really loving the Droid!

Still stunning to see 92% happy, and 98% happy or too early to say. I don't think I've ever seen numbers like that. I wonder if the iphone would get that kind of result? ANd this early?

uh...how much are you drinking dude? :)

Free parking works great, I tried it to mess around with whether it worked or not, and it does. Personally, I've never lost my car, I usually remember where I parked it.

I just got my Droid on 1/15. I gave the EvTouch a try but found myself using the browser and drooling over the apps and finally got a smartphone (Droid). As with many other posts, I have rarely used my Mac since getting this phone. It was definitely worth the $30/month upgrade in my plan. I think I will be tinkering with this gadget for some time as I continue to find something new on my own or on this site!

Looks like the 4 that voted no, do not frequent the site anymore. Guess it's not for everyone.

Former iPhone owner here (well, I still use it as an iPod Touch :) ) and am enjoying the Droid (and Verizon signal!) very much! I love the openness of the Android Platform and the Moto Droid is a solid device to run it on.

I love my Droid. Android and Motorola need to do some more fine tuning but otherwise its a great phone.

I love my DROID....Not had any problems thus far(knock on wood) Got tired of all the problems with RIM and Blackberry.

I'm super happy with my Droid.. I do miss my iPhone 3GS but I have a MIFI that I use while at work and connect my 3GS into it when I want to use it, but overall, my Droid fits me perfectly.

full keyboard, high res screen, iphone like features, apps, and Verizon's crisp call quality.. +++

IMO, the Droid is THE best looking Android phone and probably the best overall user experience in an Android phone.

As a BB admin who has hundreds of BB's with trackballs, they WILL eventually fail. Dirt/sweat is their worst enemy.. and good luck with worrying about warranty exchanges of people's Nexus one.

I am really happy with my Droid. It is really fast and I enjoy the apps on it. I switched from the Blackberry Curve 8330 to the Blackberry 9630 Tour when it first came out to the Droid. I am loving every moment with it, and I think the phone will just get better and better as they bring out more OS updates with Flash and other various things. I could not ask for any other better phone.

I absolutely love it!! This is my first smartphone, and i am constantly on it throughout the day . Every day I find something useful to me in the app market, so keep up the good work!!
