I think the $800 price is fair compared to others. iPhone 8+ $799, Pixel XL2 $849 and Note 8 $940, not to mention the iPhone X at $999...yikes!

I need to see, hold, and try out this phone before buying. I'm familiar with Sammy and know what to expect but my last LG phone was a candy bar straight phone about twenty years ago.

I just preordered my V30 today. My local Tmo store had one demo model in the back of the store, not even on the sales floor yet. I played with it for a few minutes and it seemed to be a bit faster than my G6. I got the two day shipping so I should get mine Thursday due to the holiday.
