Then you and a few people here honestly don't understand what Android stands for if you are basing it on that. lol.
People blaming "Android" because a developer has the feature to disable screenshot in their own app... the developer OWNS the app, not Google. Google didn't force them to enable the SECURE switch. OMG, how dare Android give developers the right to add in the switch when they want.
Even though I am not a fan of banks that do it in their app, they have their reasons. If you don't like it, give feedback to the bank, not Android. Or take your business elsewhere if you don't like it.
You know there can be a reason they do it that goes beyond just keeping the user from taking screenshots and worried they are irresponsible of managing their pics in their albums... one reason could be that disabling the feature... is also tied to disabling screen recording... and they are disabling the feature to prevent other apps, that you've given access to screen and camera features, that are malicious in secretly recording your screen and sending it to hackers. Just a thought.
Do you know that Google has also disabled screenshot and recording when using their browser in Incognito mode??

How dare they take away my freedom to take a screenshot in Incognito... I use it to view porn sites without leaving a footprint but I should be able to take a screenshot of the hotties I view if I want!! Simple solution... download Firefox and screenshot in their Incognito all you want. (I don't really use Incognito for porn. I was just trying to be funny)
I'm just having fun but really... it's not "Androids" fault... it's the bank and their developers. They own the app. Lay blame where it's due.
Android allows devs to disable screenshots. And I don't believe they should, it goes against what Android stands for in my opinion.
