When I had my Note 8, the battery life was really good. I'd get 3-4 days of light to moderate use without charging at all. I don't think you'll have a complaint about it.

I don't have the Note 8, but my Tab 2 is a sister device, and I get an easy 3 days of use out of it.

So far I'm happy but haven't been really using it.

I will find out in two weeks when we go to Las Vegas.

Mine gets hard use and I tend to charge while I sleep, but I always have over a days worth of battery. I have the note 2 and end up using my note 8 way more than the 2....
