I'd say I'm pretty satisfied with the phone. Though still my only complaint is bad signal reception which has to mean bad antenna design or location. I was getting better signal with my galaxy S2 skyrocket before this. And that's even using the same AT&T 3G before my area got LTE.

That's strange my friend with the S2 in the same area consistently gets 1-2 bars less then me same network as well.

Ok, no need to be so rude about.
I also like iOS but Android grew on me and I simply replied to your post with MY opinion/suggestion.

For e record I too will be picking up the iPhone 5S and Nexus 5.

Apologies, I didn't mean it to come across as rude. As I said there are some good things about it, i just really find it complicated. I find it like having a jailbroken iPhone, so i can add themes and change everything the way i wanted. The trouble is, I hated my iPhone being jailbroken.
I'll be sticking with it but longer term I can't see me staying with it. Each to their own I suppose.

I guess so, even though I will always use iOS android has certainly made me want more from iOS.

I switched from an iPhone 4S. I am very happy with it, especially with the ease of rooting and fast updates from Google.

There a few minor complaints, but nothing is perfect. For $299 off contract it is an amazing phone that let me switch to Android without waiting for my current contract to expire.

I wish I could say the same, I prefer the simplicity of iOS. If anything at all, I'd choose Google now. I like how it gives me ETAs to my different destinations, that's clever.

I also agree as above, I came from an iPhone 5 and for ?279 off contract its great.

I think Apple can use some of androids features and still keep iOS simple.

I am very satisfied. I've always wanted to root the other android phones I had but I'm not very savvy with computers. The Nexus 4 makes rooting and flashing a breeze. I used to have phone envy about phones that came out with better screens, processors with more cores, etc. But I think I'll be able to hang on to this phone for a while.

Glad to see I am not the only one who has experienced this particular experience. Don't get me wrong it still gets good coverage but it's not the same experience as with the S2 on 3G or LTE.

Oh no, i'm saying my friend had worse coverage then my N4.

I switched from Xperia Arc S so hell of an improvement. I rarely use the camera so I can't say much about it. On the performance I am satisfied with it but no really impressed as I previously though as it does lag while playing games (Vector and NFS Most Wanted). The storage is bit of a problem as I bought the 8GB version and it came out with 5.3 GB which is understandable but when you install a lot of applications and games it can be a problem when updating them e.g. I couldn?t update vector (size 50MB) even though I had around 700 MB free space. I also received an error when the free space was around 400 MB that some of the Google services won't work until I free up some space. Other than that I am happy with this phone and it is good value for money.

I have been satisfied until the Lollipop debacle. But now that I have Lolly 5.1 things seem back to normal with the exception of me having trouble getting a cell signal. And when I do get a signal it is a very weak Edge.
Any1 else having this issue with their Tmobile Nexus 4 purchased from Google Play?
I am in the Washington DC metro area.
If this problem is the N4 I will get a OnePlusZone.
If this problem is with tmo I will just have to think about changing carriers,
although I have had tmo about a decade with no such radio signal problem.

Aside from battery life I have always loved my N4. I think it has been a great phone, for me anyways. 5.1 runs great on it for me but battery life is not very good.
