Does anyone have a armband they use for the fold 3. Trying to find one and get recommendations. Thanks
It's gonna be tough. The phone is remarkably heavy.Does anyone have a armband they use for the fold 3. Trying to find one and get recommendations. Thanks
Well it's obviously going to be heavier, it's a bigger phone. I'm not concerned about the weight, it's the width. They make them for those wide phones, now need one for thicker phone. It's gonna be tough. The phone is remarkably heavy.
I need it for the gym where I'll be wearing loose gym shorts. I suppose I could use my watch 4, but the battery is horrible and a hour at gym probably eat 80% of the battery.Look at it this way some runners strap extra weights to their body to improve stamina etc.
The Fold 3 weight will do this.
Personally I use a vertical holster with belt clip and carabiner clip.
I just throw my phone in a zippered pouch that I can carry around at the gym. It even has a little clip that I can put to the shorts waist if needed or I carry it aroundI need it for the gym where I'll be wearing loose gym shorts. I've thought about that because I'm not going to be running, fast walking. The machines all have something I can lay it down on while using. I'm testing the watch right now, playing Spotify over LTE for a hour and see what the battery does. I'll report the results. I would download my workout list so battery wouldn't be as bad, but either way it will be on LTE at the gym.I just throw my phone in a zippered pouch that I can carry around at the gym. That's a great idea. Why not minimize it? I I agree. I normally use the pouch because like if I'm on the treadmill there's always a spot to lay it and I don't want my phone not covered and if I'm working at the machines and I have loose pockets I feel more comfortable with the phone being in the pouch or I could clip it to the waist a little bit that a dangle while I work outI've thought about that because I'm not going to be running, fast walking. Not sure I follow you on why not minimize it.That's a great idea. Why not minimize it? I I agree. Apologies I was using voice dictation. I meant using the watch will minimize having to carryNot sure I follow you on why not minimize it.
That makes more sense now,Apologies I was using voice dictation. I meant using the watch will minimize having to carry
I think you have a good shot of having it work. Keep us posted but hopefully you can get your workout in without the watch acting up on youThat makes more sense now,. The best option for minimizing is the watch, so I'm hoping it will work but not holding my breath. I'm testing the full Watch usage now using LTE shutting nothing off, I expect failure here.
My next test that might have a chance is download my workout music to the watch and put the watch in do not disturb mode.
It looks like you're going to need a charge bumpUpdate..2 times at the gym using downloaded music to the watch used 25-30% of the battery for a little over 1 hour usage. That's going to make it hard to do that and whole day usage. I'm hitting 30% battery remaining after 1 day usage without doing the gym.
Which is bad for the watch 4 and wear OS battery ratings. Samsung missed the mark, everyone knows wear OS was bad in the battery department. Samsung should have found a way to put bigger battery in the watch 4. I may have to go back to the watch 3, that won't need a battery bump and might even get 2 days.It looks like you're going to need a charge bump
That's a shame because I've heard nothing but good things on the watch 4 other than the batteryWhich is bad for the watch 4 and wear OS battery ratings. I know, it's a nice watch and is great. The battery is a disaster. I have it set up like the watch 3, so it's obvious wear OS has done nothing over the years to improve battery usage. That's a shame because I've heard nothing but good things on the watch 4 other than the battery
This is one of the reasons why I never replaced my Apple watch. I just need something that works and works all day for meI know, it's a nice watch and is great. The battery is a disaster. I'm going to give it a few days yet
The previous Samsung watches do. I forgot about wear OS being bad on battery. This is one of the reasons why I never replaced my Apple watch. I just need something that works and works all day for me
