Ciao a tutti, ho acquistato un BV6600 pro con Android 11.
MI succede che se ascolto una web radio e il display si spegne , dopo circa 10min si spegne......
Come posso risolvere?

Even Samsung aggressively kills apps more and more, I have problems w/ Accubattery and similar apps that need to monitor stuff persistently in the background and even my antivirus is no exception (it does though make me disable battery optimization for it which OP should try on their phone w/ firefox).

il vecchio telefono è Samsung A21S . Il mio collega di lavoro ha un BV9000 (se non erro) e funziona benissimo.

In case there's some 3rd party app you installed that's contributing to the problem, test it in Safe Mode: https://smartandroid.fr/en/comment-activer-le-mode-sans-echec-sur-blackview-bv6600/. This will temporarily disable any app you installed, but you should still be able to listen to the web radio in your browser.

Ciao, anche in modalità provvisoria dopo pochi minuti si blocca. Sbloccando il telefono mi rendo conto che è stata chiusa contestualmente anche Google con il quale avevo aperto la web radio

I still suspect this is an issue with Blackview's firmware. The only option you have might be to give feedback to Blackview and hope they fix it, but I wouldn't be too optimistic about it.
