I might be buying a gophone on craigslist still in the plastic for 75$ cheaper then retail. It the samsung galaxy express. The question could it be stolen? I never bought a phone on craigslist look for info on what i need to do to insure it work right.. thanks

Not necessarily. Ask to meet near a carrier store and see if he/she will let you connect it to your line before any money exchanges hands. This way you know the phone will work on your network and is in new condition.
