Asking to sync with Note every time I log in FB. How can I stop this?

I don't want to sync. I always check the Do not allow button, but it keeps asking every log in session. Had anyone experience and rectified this?

Most people do not log out of their Facebook on their phone, thereby eliminating this issue for the majority of people.
