Was wondering if any HTC 10 users are having any luck getting the assistant to wake up when the screen is off. This seems a basic function but is sorely lacking. Was wondering if it is my device or if that's just the way it is. It used to work about half the time when it was plugged in but now I need to wake up the phone first by hitting the home button or double tap to get any response. I like Android but find myself missing Siri, yeah, I know,
But Apple's got this nailed perfectly from clear across the room.
Is anyone having any better luck waking the assistant? If I have my hands in the dishwater and want to ask a question I can't just start speaking. So lame when other AI's have no problem. What good is it to have to physically touch then hover over the phone for it to work?
