My daughter cracked the screen on her 3 month old phone. So I submitted a claim thru Assurant, tmobile's insurance provider, on the 4th. How long does it take to process and get a replacement phone? I'm not seeing and movement in the process on their website just that the claim has been submitted.

I had the same issue a couple weeks ago. I didn't see any movement for a couple hours, so I called them. After calling, they had a couple of questions, but then the lady on the phone went ahead and approved the claim. Phone was then mailed out a short time later and I received it the next morning.
 
Someone said they are out of stock of the S7E on another thread. They had just made a claim also. Have you tried to call them and ask?

Definitely call and ask. They might actually need to confirm some information with you as well. That could be holding up your claim.
 
I called. They wanted to verify information. I'm not sure why. At any rate the phone will be here tomorrow.

It was the same when I filed a claim. I think it's to help prevent fraud. At least that's what I told myself at the time....
 
There's gotta be a better way to protect from fraud. Had I not posted here I wouldn't have called when I did and would've assumed it takes awhile to process. Only email I got was confirming they received the claim and telling me I will get an email when approved and sent. Nothing requesting to confirm my info. Or to call them. Weird. At least I have the replacement now. NOW I am in search of a tempered glass screen protector that plays nice with a case. I don't want another shattered device.
