Astro backup

If I backup my apps with Astro, and then hard reset my phone, is there any way to get the apps back with astro? Is there some kind of data I have to copy to my desktop before hard resetting?

You can back them up to your comp. Or just leave them on your SD and once you restore just download astro. But be advised it will not restore app data and market won't know you downloaded it with astro

Titanium backup can restore the apps as well as the app settings. I also use Astro, but as thebizz stated, the Marketplace won't show restored apps from Astro's backup as downloaded apps.
