ASUS C302 problems with video playback

I am trying to view MP4 videos taken on my Panasonic Lumix ZS60 taken at 180p 60fps. The card is a 64GB Transcend U3, and the videos play back fine on my desktop. When plygged into a usb C card reader device, the videos play at normal speed, but have this odd, alternating color distortion. Even when I upload the video to my drive account and try to play from that, I get the same problem. I am using the default video player.

Anybody seen this problem?
