Asus eee Pad Transformer Or an iPad 2?

You can't compare battery life with the dock to any other tablet, whether Xoom or iPad or Playbook or whatever - you add a battery but add the bulk of the keyboard/dock unit.

Use it without the dock, it still gets great battery life.

I actually had the transformer plus the acer and I currently own the wifi xoom, IMHO I don't like the transformers build quality same for acer. After you use a xoom you will see the diffreance. Also the asus had a lot of light bleed. So far the xoom blows any tablet out of the water as far as build and quality goes. Everything else feels cheap and it is.

The Xoom is so well built that IMO I'd say it is over-built. Personally, I think it's too bad they didn't go with an IPS screen on the Xoom but YMMV.

I'm glad they didn't use the ips display, when I compared my xoom to the Asus I found the xoom display more pleasant to look at with less jaggies and no light bleed when viewing darker images and video . Just my opinon

Asus Transformer, Simply, because honeycomb will only get better and the keyboard make it a true contender to replace laptops.
