ASUS FonePad 7 (FE170CG) stuck at ASUS Logo after hard reset

BTW I backed up all my files.

I tried to hard reset my fonepad (power button + volume up > wipe data > power button) and my screen is stuck at ASUS logo (powered by Android) for 3 hours.

Any suggestions? Thank you

Welcome to Android Central! Why did you do a factory reset in the first place? Was the phone malfunctioning beforehand?

i have the same probleme and yes my bloothoot was on and off all the time and draining my battery
