Asus memo pad hd7 home button and others not working

Hey, I have an asus memo pad hd7 and my home button, back button, etc at the bottom of the screen no longer works. Everything else touch related works fine, just the bottom bar stopped working. Any ideas how to fix this?

Welcome to Android Central! Try a system cache partition wipe, which won't erase any personal data. Follow the steps in this video, but instead of selecting "wipe data/factory reset," make sure you select "wipe cache partition."
