Asus MeMO Smart Pad Bluetooth on Mate 15-64

I can't get my MeMO and my computer to talk to each other on Bluethooth. They pair and can see each other but that's it. Can't access either from the other. Any help greatly appreciated.

OS:
MeMO is running Android 4.2(Jelly Bean)
Computer is running Mint Mate 15-64(Olivia)
