I installed a new router last night, Asus N56U and I definitely like it. Old router wasn't even allowing my wired desktop to connect at the speed I pay for. When I run a speed test on my Evo it's getting the maximum connection speed I pay for. However, the Evo (w/CM7) has been doing odd things. For instance, while running the speed test, I received several 'network connection' error messages. I downloaded a couple of apps last night, and more than once would see the download stop at x%, stay there for over a minute and then resume. Similar behavior with web pages. It starts to load, hangs, then completes after a delay of 30 seconds or more. From what I've done with my Moto Xoom so far, I do not notice similar behavior at all - it zips along quite nicely. I'm at a loss for even where to start to figure out where the issue might be. Anyone have any suggestions?
