Whenever I open any apps, the pull down notification panel is displaying automatically and stop the app. Help me..

Can you give more details? Are you saying the notification panel automatically comes down as soon as you start an app, and then the app exits or freezes?

The notification panel automatically comes down, when I'm trying to use my phone, open some apps and it just keeps coming down which is making the app no problem. I've tried re-starting it, soft- hard reset and safe mode but the problem is there.

no. I don't use a case or screen protector.

Since it's happening in Safe Mode, it's a problem with either the firmware or the hardware. Is the phone still under warranty?

yes. It's a new phone. I think this problem begins after the last update.

At this point, it's probably best to contact ASUS for warranty replacement.
