AT&T 5.1 fails to load

Tried twice with message that file failed to map and rebooted to 5.0 what's up with this?

Same here: tried twice and failed both times, rebooting to 5.0.2. Any ideas?

I had the same problem but read that it will mess up if not connected to the AC charger, so I'm trying again. Went so far as to troubleshoot with HTC, and I was sent to this: htc. c o m / us / s upport / htc-one-m9-att / news /

I had mine plugged into the OEM charger when it failed the second time.

Good luck with that I tried that last night and they pawned me off to the HTC South America help desk and then I was disconnected without a solution

Done, though I don't expect them to do much...

I've found that trying to deal with the companies during US business hours will get me seemingly American assistance. Both the HTC and the AT&T guy were helpful, but my guess is they don't have an answer unless we make a big enough noise for them to bother fixing the update and coming out with another one.

ATT Cares is trying to help me trouble shoot over twitter. Seems to be going back to doing a manual update. Ugh. I've attached the photo of error messages I get when trying to load the update.

Are you going to try the manual update? That is what everyone tells me to do.
