Have you ever walked in to AT&T with a charging cable issue and walked out with a new battery on the way?

Cause I have.

They tried one of their chargers and it worked fine but I don't think they were satisfied cause they ordered me a new battery for free.

Anybody else have this kind of odd experience?

Can't say that I have. It would be cool to have a spare battery for my Galaxy Alpha, though.

It was nice to have a spare battery. I bought a cheap battery charger off of Amazon and never had to plug in my phone after that.
