At&T Galaxy note 2 unlocked not reading sim

HI,
I dropped my note 2 whihch I have been using for about 3 months & shattered the screen which i then fixed with a new digitizer, but once i rebooted it would not recognize my simple sim card. i had unlocked it using *#1973...method.

When you boot it with a sim card in, does it search or anything?

Since, I assume, you disassembled it it could be that the sd/sim flex could be unplugged. Check the plugs again, also check the area around the plugs for resistor or lead damage.
You could also order a new sd/sim flex (Samsung Galaxy Note 2 SGH-i317 SD Card Reader Contact) and try to replace it.

I don't think that the case cos it works perfectly well with a AT&T simcard! Was thing I need to change?edit the csc file cos I think when i reset it after the screen replacement, I got these on the screen
