The good thing about me going in store was that they told me about the trade in deal. As long as you trade a phone worth $20, it bumps up to $200.
Yeah honestly, this is the first time I've seen this happen. AT&T typically delivers early or on time. I preorder a new device at least 4 times a year from AT&T and multiples each time.I finally got someone to tell me that many customer order were assigned to a warehouse that did not have stock and they had to transfer units from another warehouse. This delayed orders and that is why they shipped priority overnight Saturday. Well I still probably won't preorder again. Not worth the hassle. Good to have others trying to solve it together. Thanks all.
