To those who's orders haven't been shipped, does your order page look like mine below? Those who have recieved theirs, did you have the circled item on your order page?

Our AT&T stores have plenty. No lines for them. Too bad we don't get a silver colour but the blue purple, and black are cute.

I got mine Wednesday & never had the circled portion of your order page on mine.

I don't have the in progress part, just preparing to ship. Did you order 2 items or just 1? And have you tried canceling then just going in store?

@Attcares on Twitter is asking for DMs from other people who are having the same issues. I sent one and will let you know if they can escalate it at all. Y'all might want to try it too so it gets more attention.

Just ordered the phone. Tried to cancel the other item, but got a bunch of gibberish on the page.

Sorry I might've made that a little misleading. They aren't asking for it specifically - someone else had tweeted at them with the same issue and they asked for a DM with the details.

I've seen a couple other people with the same problem. Someone HAS to be able to escalate this high enough to cancel.

I was under the impression that was for the phone I was sending back to them in exchange for the upgrade. I got my phone on Wednesday and had that on my page since I ordered.
 
Did anyone having issues order their phone in the store or did everyone do it online - I know many ordered online since it was shortly after midnight. Just curious.
 
New strategy is to try to get the upgrade eligibility restored to the line and refuse delivery of the phone if it ships. It's sounding promising but I've had my hopes dashed plenty of times already...
 
ATT chat rep told me Samsung phones for online shipment are all backordered. Plenty of local stock. They put in a cancellation callback so I can get the order cancelled because I'm going out of town and don't want a box sitting at my door for a week.
 
Good thing my Premier account had two other lines that can be upgraded so I processed the upgrades and did a store pick up with no issues. When my pre-orders arrive I'm just going to return them.

Looks like this might be the way! The ordering team was able to reset my upgrade eligibility which I verified online. I'll be stopping by the store on the way home to see if it will work on their end. Good luck to everyone else!

How did you get them to do it? Everyone I've talked to today has said there's no way.
