I just switched to AT&T from tmobile.... I've had att for a week so far love it.. great speeds and call clarity..

Where I work, live, and in between I get excellent coverage. Very pleased.

After switching to att from Sprint's god awful network 7 years ago I have not looked back....So its going great in my book!

Att customer service felt like a letdown recently but when I called to complain (and I'm usually not a complainer) they corrected every complaint I had. The big complaint I had was being told I didn't qualify for the switch credit from months ago even though trade in value was at least 10 and I met every other requirement. Att approved it that day. I have a verizon line also but the daughter is using it so it all worked out in the end. Kudos to att for doing the right thing

If I have ever called to make a real complaint and thats in the single digits over the past 7 years...they always take care of my issues. I remember a time I unlocked phone wouldn't hold a connection to the newly installed LTE towers and I spent a few hours with them o n the phone. Rather than blaming my phone they sent a guy out to look at the tower. The guy came to house and found an issue with the tower. After that the same support rep calls me 5 days later just to inform me that he was comping my bill for the month and he even thanked me for calling it in.

Over all CS has been pretty good to me. I still only buy unlocked phones and sign no contracts but we like att.

Just went from an iPhone to OP3 and evaluated all of the other MNOs and MVNOs thinking I could save some money over AT&T. None of them really could hold a candle to AT&T though it seems. I might save some cash but have less coverage and might get nickel and dimed on things that are included on my AT&T deal. For example, my wife and I were in Bermuda last year. While there my wife sent a bunch of text messages while sitting around Dockyard. With AT&T there was no extra charge, those same texts might have costs us 50 cents to $1 each on other full or MVNO carriers. Customer service with AT&T is almost always excellent as well. Worth every penny to me!

Just about everyone in my family has either att postpaid, gophone, or cricket. All seem happy under the att umbrella. A cousin that has Verizon plans to switch to cricket next week.

The one change att needs to make is to update their postpaid plans. $45 for 300mb needs to be tweaked I think

I've had At&t, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Never tried Sprint because friends and family always have issues places I don't. At&t gets the most solid coverage by a wide margin. I don't see how Verizon can claim to be better in my experience.

I've had AT&T for years now and I've been tempted to swith to T-Mobile but chose not too. The ATT network where I live is really good (only bested by Verizon) and I plan to change to a family plan in the near future and ATT still offers the best price due to my premier discount.

I've had the best overall coverage with at&t so they will be my main line. my 2nd line was Verizon prepaid but switched it to T-Mobile and can't be happier. Between att and T-Mobile I'm covered wherever I go.

I have been with AT&T for over a year and I am very happy with them. Verizon was terrible where I live as far as signal goes. I was not happy with Verizons customer service either.

For me AT&T has coverage everywhere I have been. When I don't have coverage neither does anyone else (even Verizon). I have not had sprint since the nextel days but when i switched from tmobile it was bight day difference. Speeds are slower than tmo but coverage is better and connections were more consistent. Been with AT&T for four years and have no intention of leaving.

Been with Verizon for about 20 years. Just switched to AT&T on 8/20. Verizon in my area had the best coverage and speeds. I never saw 3g or had to switch to home wifi because of lack of coverage, always had 4 or 5 bars. Now AT&T on the on the other hand is not as good in my area. The first week, never once did it drop to 3g always 4g. Starting Monday 8/28 it drops to 3g,back to 4g back to 3g. Sometimes I even have to switch over to home wifi.
I have the Note 7, maybe that has something to do with not having 4g speeds all the time.

Customer service on Verizon to me was always the best. They always took care of whatever issue(s) I was having. AT&T has a little more to be desired.

Each carrier is going to be or worse or better in different areas. Just wish is was better in mine😠.

Basically it's going to be hit or miss.

One thing I really like about att is the texting seems very reliable. I rarely have issues. Every other carrier seemed to have more text problems from my experience

One thing I do wish for is att to get everything upgraded to lte. I know they have decent fallback that Verizon doesnt have but lte is nice

Other than that att hums along nicely for me

Switched to AT&T from Verizon 2 months ago. For me Verizon has the better coverage. Web pages would load faster, calls go through faster.
On AT&T -111dBm this is on a Note 7, on V10 -119dBm.
On my husbands G3 his is -98dBm.

I like both the unlimited and DirecTV. Every time I look into other cellular options and possibly switching it's always att that I stick with. Very happy with them and don't plan on going anywhere.

For me coverage wise haven't found anything that's better overall.
