AT&T HOX Update!!

I'm so pissed... Never recieved the first update, still haven't recieved this update either; did a factory reset, still no update. I tried to manually update through the PC, and it keeps saying its below 30%, it's at 95%.... What. The. Hell

Take it into the AT&T store and they do it for you .

Went to the AT&T store and all they did is give me an 800 #, and said "sounds like a manufacturer replacement will be what is needed"

Edit: called AT&T, and as usual it was easy.. They are sending a new phone FedEx!
