I do not believe so. You can pay he device off early I think.

I know this thread is old, but I wanted to clarify in case someone else stumbles upon this post. You can pay it off early, but you have to pay the whole remaining balance. Also, if you wanted to pay extra on the phone, so you could speed up the payments, you will then be hit with the remaining balance.
