Okay, so I just flashed to ARL1 through Odin and so far it is successful. Now I am going to flash to Pie through the SD card. Hopefully it works.

Update: Updated to Pie successfully. Did they disable the battery percentage for Pie? Can't see it anymore unless I slide down quick panel.

Is your note 9 an unlocked version?

For the record, everyone saying you must be on 1ARL1, on Jan 16, my at&t Note 9 went to 1ARL2, then went to 1CSAA on Feb 1. Should it have not worked like that?

Yours is updating so no issues on yours .
