AT&T patch

I went to the AT&T store months ago asking that when I tried to get on a forum I had to be connected to the internet.
When I wasn't connected to the internet it would say turn mobile data on.

Mobile Data is on.,


AT& T rep was saying they had a bug and was gonna come out with a patch to fix this problem and several other problems

How long does it take AT&T to come out with a Patch with Lollipop to fix something ?

As long as it takes an analyst to figure out what the problem is, and for a programmer to write a change that can be done by over the air updating - a couple of hours to a year. Software can't be analyzed or written to a schedule - it takes as long as it takes. (We has one tiny typo causing a bug that took 6 months to diagnose - and 5 seconds to fix. "But why did it take so long to just change one letter?" It didn't - it took that long to find the problem.)
