AT&T release date????

I was upgrading, and it went through without a problem.

they can't be sold out as this is the first time its been available.

The Nexus 4 sold out within 10 minutes of its official launch - given the launch was global and all through one vender (disregarding third party scalpers).

So then am I to assume that the black will not be released along side its silver counterpart?

I use premier which is part of the problem, they had another "glitch" there computer system must be from the stone age!

While the above is mostly true, the media link adapter was NOT free in connection with my upgrade purchase of the phone. The media link must only be free if you are getting the phone in connection with a new line.

i dont care, ill take silver as long as i can actually order it!! PRE ORDERING DOESN'T MEAN PUTTING A BUTTON THAT ONLY LETS YOU MAKE A NEW LINE OR ELESE U GET AN ERROR!
