AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 3 - Screen Write Issue

Hi, I've had the Note 3 for just over a week and really like it. I am still figuring out all the bells and whistles.

The stylus seems to work great EXCEPT for the Screen Write feature. When i choose Screen Write, I hear the phone take a screen shot, but I cannot write on the screen and no menu appears at the top as it should.

Is there a setting I missing on this?

It should be automatic. Go to settings/controls/spen and make sure the direct pen input and pointer are selected on.

I had the same problem with my galaxy note 3 after moving to iphone 4. i can't text back or send text messages. what do i need to resolve the issue? can you pls.
