Atrix 4G Laptop Dock vs. Laptop 100 for Photon

I have a chance to purchase an Atrix Laptop Dock for a song...besides the obvious connector issues. Are there any functional differences between the Atrix vs the 100 that would make the 100 worth an extra $150 to you?

Actually think the Atrix one is a nicer size as well.

Anyone had enough time with both to form an opinion?
