And before you do that, make sure you got a good guide before you brick your device!

Come on unlocked US version. Since T-Mobile and now AT&T have it, I hope this is a good sign that maybe Sammie will release it to the 930u version. Or.... I'm just naive

Just finished installing it on my S7. Biggest surprise was available memory increased. I've always hovered between 1 to 1.5GB free at most (one of the things I can't stand about 32GB phones). But after the update, I had 7.7 GB available! I use the built in optimization tool and now have over 8 GB.

Breathed new life into my phone. Very happy.

After playing with it for a couple of hours, I'm very pleased. I no longer see a need to get an S8 now. I can wait for the S9.
