Att samsung galazy s7 edge stuck on boot logo

[AC Question]

I have an at&t Samsung galaxy s7 edge (sm-g935a) (unlocked) and one day, suddenly almost all apps (Play store, Instagram, snapchat, and some random services) I restarted the phone to solve this problem but it rather got stuck on the Samsung screen.

I went into recovery mode, formatted data, cache, mounted system, tried safe boot, and randomly somehow got it working, but lost my data. The same thing (apps not responding) started a week later, i did the same and got it working, but lost my data. It has been happening for three weeks, what should i do??

Welcome to Android Central! Are you getting an actual error message that certain apps are not responding? If so, then see if it happens in Safe Mode as well: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28008
