ATT worst carrier-again

I can't agree with that. I wonder where they get those numbers from. Who do they survey. I would personally rank Tmobile and Sprint at the bottom. Far behing Big Red and ATT

I've had att for only 4 years but I have no complaints. Guess I'm one of a few problem free.

These surveys are a joke. The science behind them is flawed. Logic tells me this can't be true. AT&T has 100 million subscribers! I find it hard to believe they are that bad. AT&T and Verizon have the best networks and without a doubt are the top 2 best providers. T-Mobile and Sprint and 3 & 4 (in no particular order) and are a lot alike since they both have cheaper pricing and weaker networks.

I have had att for years the only thing is they need more towers I have 1 to 2 bars on my phone they need to use the money they want to buy T-Mobile and use it for better service and alot more towers.:)

Atleast Att is the best at something.... being the worst. Sorry i wont troll, im meh about Att. Tbh the one i am having the most horrid time with is my works verizon service. ill grant you im using a very bad feature phone they gave me but it barely able to make calls and the service in the corning area is full of meh.

I have used every major carrier, including nextel back in their heyday, and ATT is easily the best I've dealt with when I've had to use customer service. Sprint was the bottom of the barrel, with Big Red and T-mo in the middle.

I don't mind ATT...If i go over min, they comp my bill...If i want to get a new phone after 2 years I make them give me $100 off and no activation. They bend over backwards for me. I'm still using my N1, Its a little shifty as far as data goes (sometimes phone gets stuck sending data for a few min) but i think its the phone not them. I'm waiting for the Galaxy Nexus to redo my 2 years. Verizon charges for everything and they are ty when it comes to phone issues if you don't have the insurance on the phone. I do agree with the towers....they need more.

I wonder how many complaints with AT&T are actually iPhone hipster crybabies (or just regular iPhone users :p) that are really misreading iPhone signal issues as AT&T issues? Just a curious thought, I'd love to see the statistics of how many people that have complained of call issues over the years have been using iPhones.

The best carrier really depends on where you live. Some carriers are better in some areas. I've been on AT&T in Chicagoland since they were Cellular One. That should say enough.

Not to mention, the majority of the time, negative news prevails over good news.

Angry customers speak out more often than content ones.

Numbers a Skewed, manipulated, and made to look however the reporting party wants it to come across.
