Attempted factory restore, no OS installed error

I attempted to factory restore my Samsung Tab 3. Something went wrong. I have a message "No OS installed! Are you sure you wish to reboot?" How do I fix this?

My device will not shut off - until it runs out of power. Once it's recharged, it stays on the logo page and will not progress.

I am assuming that the factory restore was attempted by flashing a stock image via Odin? If so, then you need to try reflashing the image again since it doesn't appear that the flash worked, or was missing a component. If possible, try redownloading the file and see if that fixes your problem. Since there are various Tab 3 models, be sure to download the factory image specific to your model Tab 3.
