Attention Evo Owners - Is the phone too big?

I have two issues with the size:
1. It fits perfect in my back pocket; however, I don't want to sit on it, so I take it out when I sit down. I almost left it at the pizza place yesterday.
2. I have to find someplace to put it when I ride my motorcycle. It encourages me to wear a riding jacket so I have a pocket to put it in, so I guess that's a plus even though it's over 100 degrees here. I may get a thick protective case and see if it fits under the seat.

Other than that, it's the perfect size, especially while using it. I didn't think I would like a slab phone, but I love it.

There are situations where a smaller phone is better, like I posted above. But if you want a slab phone, this one's great!

What's wrong with a front pocket? It fits just as well and you get the added benefit of sitting down without sitting on it! ;) Works for me, anyways.

i know right? why would you put it in your back pocket, you risk the chance or bending the screen and cracking it... do people really sit on their phones?

size is great. wish it was a little bigger actually. when holding it in my hand my pinky finger will sometimes hit the home button and i have to go back to here i was before. only thing i am trying to get used to haha

+1 and i still use my pre as my personal phone, it drives me nuts how small that screen is lol.

I came from a Pre as well, and indeed thought it was the bees knees at the time. My co-worker has a plus and I can't recall how I ever used it... Here's hoping for Evo hardware with WebOS in the coming year or so.

Fits in the pocket just fine, whether wearing dress pants, jeans, or shorts.. it took me a couple of days to get used to talking on it, but it's not too bad at all.. definitely not a dealbreaker.
