Yes, they are in Houston, but no, they won't let you pick up. That has been my biggest gripe about Seidio. They are very close and it would be so much easier for me to just pick it up, but they won't let you. In the past it's taken a while for me to get my stuff even though it shouldn't take more than a day even with standard shipping.

I ordered the burgundy for wife. Depend on the quality once I received it, I will probably get the grey.

I ordered the burgundy for wife. Depend on the quality once I received it, I will probably get the grey.

You will be impressed with the quality...its not like all the other aftermarket products...there is good QC

Seidio has great cases and customer service. I hate paying shipping since I could drive there in 15 minutes, but I do love the product. For the first time ever I'm buying red(ish) since I think it looks best with the phone. I didn't buy the holster either, just the case. I'm waiting on my screen protector from Boxwave.

thanks, now this is real customer service, I just order two of them the black and burgundy case. I live in Fort worth, so i hope I have no problem getting them by Friday, i used the fedex shipping.
