AUC8 BIG update for U.S. Snapdragon S21 series, camera & April security patch

​This latest update is the 2nd for the Snapdragon U.S.A. country variants.

The AUC8 update is rolling out for the U.S.A. Snapdragon carrier S21 series models, SM-G99*U, (carrier locked), and SM-99*U1, (carrier unlocked).

It is a big, circa, 1GB download

Yes, thanks for the heads up. Since getting my S21 I have not received any OTA updates until now. I did an update check and surprisingly this new update started downloading!

Unlocked as well but I do find this hilarious. Less than 16 months ago I'm only doing Carrier versions and the constant rant was that Unlocked was always getting updates first, which was the case. Other way around now but I think we all would agree that updates are getting out quicker and Samsung is doing a better job recently regardless of model. Now if they would just let me update the damn S21 Ultra OTA rather than WiFi!!! I miss that from every previous Samsung phone....................................

Note 20 unlocked was first on April update , surprisingly the s21 wasn't.

Yeah sometimes unlocked gets first, sometimes they don't. I think we will see the update soon in a few days. Generally the difference is just few days or a week here and there (before or after) which isn't that big of a deal. Even if it's last to get updates, I'll always take the official US unlocked model without any carrier modifications to software any day

US unlocked with T-Mobile sim, got the update and installing now
