Audio coming through call

So I've noticed lately if I'm watching a stream on twitch or a YouTube video and answer a call the sound from the video bleeds through into the background of my call. I've always had the app stop any video or sound and go to the call but this one for some reason doesn't. I haven't noticed it with things like Pandora and it doesn't seem to do it all the time but when it does I have to have the person call me back so I can stop whatever is playing in the background. Has this happened to anyone else?
