Audio editing on Android

So this is one of those times that I am hoping the hive-mind of the forums is more powerful than Google. I've searched for, but not been able to find, an audio editing program. For example, I use 4Track, on my iPhone. I can record, then mixdown to WAV. anything like that for Android.

The icing here, would be if it could also then export or convert the mixdown to MP3.

Search the Android Market using the words "Audio Tracks".
I saw several programs. You may have to read up on them to see if they're something you're looking for.
